Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, credential checks, and/or security-related response activities as needed;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations and activity according to site policies;
Maintain logs, records, and access documentation for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors entering or leaving the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, remaining aware of site conditions that may require security-related follow-up
