Security Officer Medical Driving Detail

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general inquiries, and help to support an orderly environment for patients, guests, and healthcare personnel;
Observe and report changes in activity, assist with de-escalation when appropriate, and follow Allied Universal protocols for incident reporting, communication, and post orders
