Security Officer Patrol Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to all personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential concerns, report maintenance or access issues, and help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and follow site post orders for visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle access;
Support security-related operations by maintaining visible presence, communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders, and following established procedures during weather, utility, and/or other site-related events
