Security Officer Hospital Corridor Watch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and directing people to the proper department or contact when needed;
Assist with de-escalation, routine assistance requests, and/or other security-related support functions while maintaining professionalism and a courteous presence
