Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related concerns, incidents, and/or daily observations according to site procedures.;
Support a professional environment by giving directions, assisting with routine inquiries, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and emergency responders during security-related events.
