As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Concierge in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, entry screening processes, and/or limited access areas in accordance with site protocols and healthcare location expectations.
• Support staff and the public during medical‑related situations, alarms, evacuations, and/or other urgent events while following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

• Hospital vaccination requirements apply for this position.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
