Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Hospital Corridor Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. In this Part‑time role you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support patients, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication.
What You’ll Do- Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor direction and entry procedures, and document security‑related incidents, observations, and/or daily activities according to location guidelines.
- Support a professional environment by reporting concerns, following post orders, and assisting with de‑escalation during sensitive interactions involving patients, visitors, and/or staff.

Tue 06:00 AM–02:00 PM, Sat 06:00 AM–02:00 PM
$16.00 per hour
Minimum Requirements- Vaccinations are required for this hospital assignment.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
