Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site guidelines.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, assist with access control procedures, and/or help direct visitors to appropriate locations as needed.;
Support hospital personnel during security-related events by communicating clearly, following post orders, and requesting additional assistance when appropriate.
