Access Control Screening Officer

Job Overview

Wage: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.

No experience necessary. If you have retail, food service, or hospitality background you are a great fit; otherwise we will provide training. Securitas is a security team placing individuals in client‑facing roles where they monitor premises, patrol, maintain order, and provide customer service.

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site to ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Actively monitor premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to meet and continue to meet all applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
• Good communication skills.

• Frequent sitting, standing and walking for long periods; climbing stairs and walking up inclines on uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
