Full Time

$16.00 per hour

Day Shift 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun)

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and communicate with site contacts and first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, enforce location rules, direct foot traffic, and support an orderly environment for daily operations.
• Assist with incident reporting, alarm response, and other security‑related duties as assigned, while maintaining professionalism and strong attention to detail.

• Hospital vaccinations required.
• Work in and around the hospital morgue required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to help restrain individuals in a hospital setting required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Applications with criminal histories will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
