Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, badge verification, and/or screening procedures in accordance with healthcare location protocols.;
Support a welcoming healthcare environment by communicating professionally with patients and visitors while remaining attentive to security-related issues and potential policy violations.
