Security Officer Medical Facility Patrol in Cleveland, OH

Part Time

$16.00 / Hour

• Tuesday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Support access control activities by monitoring entrances, checking identification when required, and assisting with visitor direction and traffic flow in accordance with site expectations.
• Assist with monitoring sensitive and high-traffic areas, helping staff with security-related concerns and/or de‑escalation support while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.

• Hospital vaccination requirements apply and proof of vaccination may be required.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
