Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry to classrooms, residence areas, administrative buildings, and/or other restricted locations in accordance with site procedures;
Assist with security-related support during campus events, after-hours activities, and/or special situations while maintaining a professional presence and providing clear directions when needed
