Security Officer Clinical Rover in Cleveland, OH is a Part‑Time role serving and safeguarding clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare.

Learn more:  Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support a caring environment for patients, visitors, and staff while working with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and always acting with integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Saturday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sunday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or medical‑related situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report observations according to location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help deter unauthorized access, support visitor screening processes, and communicate with staff regarding security‑related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or shift activities in required reports, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and location personnel regarding security‑related matters.

• Required vaccines for a hospital site are required.
• Must be able to work in a hospital environment that may include a morgue.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
