We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our premises in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment and upholding security protocols. Responsibilities- Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or security threats.
- Implement security procedures and protocols to protect assets and personnel.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular surveillance through CCTV systems.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in training security staff on security best practices.
- Experience working in security.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
- Strong conflict management skills are essential.
- Ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
We are currently hiring unarmed security officers to pick up shifts at 12 different locations in the Cleveland area. This is a FLEX position, meaning you will not have a set schedule each week. Hours may vary between 20-29 hours per week.
