Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer. In this role, you will adapt from one mission to the next, balancing customer service, patrols, and surveillance duties with agility and precision.

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time; shifts include 1st and 2nd or 2nd and 3rd with weekends.
• Competitive hourly wage: $20 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Complete an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Previous security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an advantage.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
