As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Team in Cleveland, OH
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, patient and visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, report observations, and communicate with staff, visitors, and first responders regarding security-related matters as needed.
• Support a professional environment by documenting incidents, assisting with direction and information requests, and following Allied Universal and site-specific post orders.

• This hospital location requires vaccinations.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
