Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or medical-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to location protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor screening processes, and communicate with staff regarding security-related concerns.;
Document incidents, observations, and/or shift activities in required reports, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and location personnel regarding security-related matters.
