Security Officer Part Time Patrol Route

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe activity across the property, assisting with visitor directions, tenant inquiries, and/or policy awareness while documenting security-related incidents and daily activities.;
Support closing and opening routines, review alarm or access-related notifications, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership, tenants, and/or emergency responders when needed.;
Report observations to property management and/or designated contacts.
