Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, enforcing location rules and directing foot traffic;
Assist with incident reporting, alarm response, and other security-related duties as assigned;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
