Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post instructions and Allied Universal protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting and reporting unusual activity and/or conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and support staff, patients, and guests with directions and general assistance;
Complete routine reports and communicate observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed
