Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security–related incidents, and support patients, staff, and visitors with strong communication and customer service. • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and restricted areas, assisting with access control, visitor direction, and security‑related incident documentation.
• Support a professional environment by observing activity, reporting hazards or policy concerns, and following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

• Hospital positions require compliance with applicable vaccination requirements.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
