Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to deter unauthorized access, assist with visitor directions, and support orderly movement throughout the location;
Support access control, badge verification, and other security-related functions in accordance with site policies while maintaining professionalism and customer service
