Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
