As a Security Officer Full Time Healthcare Security Monitoring in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related needs.

- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, and contractor activity, reporting unusual conditions and documenting incidents in accordance with site requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and operational needs.
- Hospital vaccinations are required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
