Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient-care areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.;
Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and/or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.;
Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner
