You will control access, verify IDs, and monitor entrances, lobbies, and parking areas. Responsibilities include foot patrols, responding to alarms or incidents, completing detailed reports, and following strict security and safety protocols. You'll interact professionally with employees and visitors, support emergency procedures, and help maintain a secure, customer-focused banking and insurance environment on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access
- Conduct regular patrols of facilities and parking areas
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following company protocols
- Check identification and enforce access control procedures
- Complete detailed incident and activity reports
- Support safety procedures for staff, visitors, and customers
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required
- Provide professional customer service and clear directions on-site
