Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do:- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Assist with access control, visitor directions, and the reporting of security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
- Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and actions taken while maintaining a professional presence in patient care areas.
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
- Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
- Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
