As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Security in Cleveland, OH
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and surrounding property to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location procedures, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and location contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be willing to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be willing to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
