As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Incident Prevention in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to security-related concerns, provide clear communication and exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with care and integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
- Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
- Assist with visitor management, directions, escorts, and access requests while maintaining a courteous and professional presence in a healthcare environment.
- Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
- Must be able to restrain individuals.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
