Purpose of Position:

The ESH/FSO Manager is responsible for leading Environmental, Safety, Health, and Physical Security programs across the Cleveland campus. This role ensures compliance with all applicable OSHA, EPA, state, local, corporate, and customer security requirements while fostering a proactive culture focused on employee safety, environmental stewardship, regulatory compliance, and physical security.

The ESH/FSO Manager provides strategic leadership for site-wide EHS initiatives and serves as the designated Facility Security Officer (FSO), overseeing access control, surveillance systems, emergency preparedness, incident response, audit readiness, and security compliance requirements. The position acts as the primary subject matter expert and owner for site safety and security programs while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership
• Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the facility.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, local, and corporate requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Oversee PPE standards, hazardous material management, and environmental compliance programs.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Monitor and report EHS performance metrics including:
  • TRIR
  • DART
  • Near Miss Reporting
  • Training Completion
  • Audit Findings
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, and Human Resources to proactively identify and mitigate risk.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support a strong safety culture.
• Ensure compliance considerations are integrated into new equipment, processes, and facility projects

• Serve as the site's designated Facility Security Officer.
• Oversee physical security operations including:
  • Access control systems
  • Badge administration
  • CCTV and surveillance systems
  • Alarm systems
  • Visitor management
  • Security incident response
• Maintain compliance with customer and government security requirements, including DoD and CMMC standards as applicable.
• Develop and administer site security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and external security partners.
• Lead employee security awareness programs and training initiatives.
• Manage investigations involving security incidents, policy violations, or workplace threats.
• Ensure readiness for customer, regulatory, and government security audits
• Lead emergency response planning and crisis management activities.
• Coordinate facility-wide drills and emergency exercises.
• Develop business continuity and incident response procedures.
• Conduct integrated safety and security risk assessments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during significant safety or security events.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and emergency service provider

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the EHS Supervisor and supporting personnel.
