Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest and property owner requests for maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential problems and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repair work when necessary.
• Document and report all maintenance activities and completed repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general property maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Experience in the hospitality or short-term rental industry.
• Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work are a plus.
• Familiarity with property management software or maintenance tracking tools.
