Job Summary
The Maintenance / Electrical Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all repairs, preventive maintenance, and installations of equipment, fixtures, and facilities at the plant. This role includes hands-on maintenance work, diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and control systems, and overseeing the installation and testing of new machinery and infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance and repair activities performed by maintenance personnel.
• Conduct daily and weekly operational checks to ensure all systems and equipment are functioning efficiently.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Plan and ensure all scheduled maintenance tasks are completed on time, with deficiencies promptly corrected.
• Coordinate and oversee the mechanical and electrical installation and testing of new equipment and control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, electrical faults, and control system issues on a daily basis.
• Supervise, coordinate, and manage work performed by subcontractors for all mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance projects.
• Purchase and manage parts, tools, supplies, and maintenance services; maintain proper inventory of spare parts and critical components.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and all applicable regulations.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Formal technical training or minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance and electrical installations.
• Proven knowledge of PLC programming, diagnostics, and electrical panel building.
• Strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Sound understanding of Health & Safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures, permits to work, and risk assessments.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
