• Operates metal fabrication equipment in compliance with company operating procedures using Stick, MIG, and TIG welding
• Proficient in Carbon Arcing
• Operating Oxygen and Acetylene torch, Plasma Cutting
• Experience working with AR, and Hard facing materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read measuring tools
• Ability to follow work orders and work in teams
• Keep all work areas clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
• Work must be performed carefully and with great accuracy
• Must be able to use simple/basic math, and basic hand-held measuring tools
• Lift or carry over 50 pounds
• Operate tools, equipment and machinery with caution to prevent damage or injury to self or others
• Follow policies, procedures, work methods, directives and work rules established by Company management
