We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems in the field. This individual will work directly with customers while representing a highly respected national HVAC organization.

Job Details

Core Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Diagnose system failures and recommend solutions
• Service split systems, package units, and chillers
• Respond to emergency service calls
• Complete service documentation and reporting
• Utilize smart devices and Microsoft Office tools for reporting/service management
• Maintain strong client relationships and customer communication
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company procedures
• Provide technical support and expertise to customers and team members

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Experience in troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems independently
• Chiller experience strongly preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Comfortable using tablets/smart devices and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Stable work history preferred

Nice-to-Haves:

• OEM/manufacturer experience
• Building automation or controls exposure
• Experience with large commercial facilities
• Strong preventative maintenance background
• Experience mentoring junior technicians
• Advanced diagnostic/troubleshooting ability
