- Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
- Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
- Explain installation processes and answer questions.
- Provide technical support during and after installations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues timely.
- Train customers on proper use and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance to customers.
- Aid and provide training to coworkers and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps, including pictures.
- Operate service vehicles safely; follow driver policies and complete required inspections.
- Load, unload, and secure service vehicles as required.
Culligan Service Technicians travel to client locations and complete on‑site installations. You should be comfortable working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor spaces, in‑home conditions, and with pets. You may work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces. The role is physically demanding, requiring standing, kneeling, bending, crawling, and lifting heavy equipment up to 100 lbs regularly.

Attention to detail is essential when managing customer information and paperwork. You should adapt quickly to changing circumstances, multitask, and commit to ongoing learning.
Technical ProficiencyIdeal candidates are highly customer oriented, manage time well, solve problems, and follow SOPs. Proficiency using hand tools and basic power tools is crucial.
Your Qualifications- Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions or limitations.
- At least 18 years of age and able to pass and maintain a clean driving record for company vehicle operation.
- Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle daily for approximately 8‑10 hours.
- Successful criminal background check, drug screening, and ongoing screenings as required.
- Physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of performing the duties required.
