• Perform expert‑level framing, finish trim, cabinet installation, and window/door sets with minimal supervision
• Lead and teach junior carpenters and laborers; delegate tasks and verify completion
• Read and interpret blueprints, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain project schedules
• Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Log progress and upload project photos using company‑provided apps

• Minimum 5+ years of skilled carpentry and/or construction management experience
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and advanced techniques
• Proficiency with both hand and power tools; ability to determine equipment needs for varied tasks
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and professional communicator
• Minimum of 2 years managing a crew of 1–3+ commercial carpenters
• Capable of handling minor administrative tasks
• Stable employment history with verifiable references
• Live in or are willing to relocate to the Cleveland, Ohio area
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
