Job Summary

Service Center Glass – Cleveland

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician Apprentice. The role involves learning and performing all–purpose duties such as replacement and repair of automotive glass, pre‑ and post‑inspection with customers, use of scanning equipment, documentation of repair orders on a mobile device, and removal and installation of trim panels and interior parts while prioritizing daily tasks.

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license; eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
• Ability to pass all pre‑employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
• Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo‑Tech certification (nice to have)

• Consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Understand written and verbal instructions
• Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
