Carpenter
This direct-hire Carpenter role focuses on both finish carpentry and structural work for residential remodeling projects. You will apply your craftsmanship to a wide range of tasks, from detailed trim and cabinet installation to rough framing and full home additions, while contributing as a reliable, hands-on member of the construction team.
Responsibilities- Perform all types of finish trim work with a high level of craftsmanship, including detailed molding, casing, and baseboard installation.
- Install cabinets and related finish components accurately and securely in residential settings.
- Complete rough framing tasks for residential structures, including walls, floors, roofs, and all aspects of home additions.
- Frame and complete all phases of home additions from structural framing through finish details as required.
- Maintain consistently high workmanship standards on all residential remodeling projects.
- Work effectively as part of a construction team, coordinating tasks and communicating clearly with coworkers.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, managing your workload to meet quality expectations and project timelines.
- Use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely and efficiently during installation and carpentry work.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety standards on job sites.
- Proven experience in finish carpentry, including trim work and cabinet installation.
- Proven experience in rough framing for residential construction and remodeling.
- Ability to frame and complete all phases of a home addition.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to perform hands-on carpentry work using hand tools and basic construction tools.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while independently managing assigned tasks.
- Willingness and ability to successfully complete a drug test.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in residential remodeling environments.
- Comfort working on a variety of tasks, including construction, carpentry, finish carpentry, installation, and general labor.
- Strong reliability, dependability, and pride in craftsmanship.
- Ability to travel locally to various job sites as required.

WorkEnvironment
This role is based in residential remodeling environments on the west side of Cleveland, working on full-service home renovation and addition projects. You will work on active job sites, performing both interior and exterior tasks that involve construction, carpentry, finish carpentry, installation, and general labor. The work typically requires the regular use of hand tools and basic construction equipment, along with frequent on-site travel between projects.
A truck allowance and company-provided cell phone support your work in the field. Company shirts and hoodies are provided, while you supply your own pants and shoes, suitable for a construction setting. The environment emphasizes safety, craftsmanship, teamwork, and steady, year-round residential remodeling work.
This is a permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $68,000.00/yr.
