Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
• Assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, while also performing defined tasks independently.
• Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts, and assist in general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment upkeep, and minor plumbing repairs.
• Complete special tasks like painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and other general maintenance duties as assigned.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies, ensuring the safety and functionality of the facilities at all times.

What's Needed?

• Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in general building repair, basic plumbing, and electrical work is preferred.
• Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, lift, and drive frequently, along with excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
