Service Technician - Village at Mayfield Apartments
Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Village at Mayfield Apartments in Mayfield, OH. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for maintaining apartments and community spaces—handling repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, and helping ensure everything looks and functions at its best. Pay & Benefits
- $22–$24/hour , plus:

Minimum Experience:
Two years maintenance experience and/or training. High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus!
What You'll Do
You'll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty homes move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
