Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth functioning of building systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic environment.

Location:

Cleveland, OH

Pay Range: $24-27/hr

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment in assigned facilities
• Assist with maintenance and repair efforts, including HVAC/R, plumbing, lighting, and general interior maintenance
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintain lighting systems, bulbs, and ballasts
• Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and other maintenance duties
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Class B UST Certification
• Valid state driver's license
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in general building repair, maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude
