Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth functioning of building systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic environment.

• Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment in assigned facilities
• Assist with maintenance and repair efforts, including HVAC/R, plumbing, lighting, and general interior maintenance
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintain lighting systems, bulbs, and ballasts
• Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and other maintenance duties
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Class B UST Certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in general building repair, maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude
