Newmark in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a maintenance technician under limited supervision to perform routine and semiskilled tasks involving maintenance and repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds.
You will fix drywall, painting, plumbing; minor carpentry; operate power tools, forklift, and aerial lift; and participate in safety training. High school diploma or GED required; strong teamwork and ability to manage multiple projects.
