Facilities Maintenance and Landscaping Technician

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation.
• Landscape and maintain outdoor spaces for residential and commercial facilities.
• Conduct residential and commercial painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
• Lead projects related to facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Proficiency in residential painting techniques.
• Proficiency in landscaping.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
• Knowledge of logic controllers and ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• Comprehensive understanding of facilities maintenance practices, ensuring high standards are met.
• Ability to maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in optimal condition.

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
• The role requires frequent sitting and use of hands to handle or control objects, and occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
• Moderate physical activity is required, performing daily tasks that are primarily production and/or technical in nature.
