Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team in Northeast Ohio
. This role is essential to supporting our growing customer base, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving customer retention through exceptional performance. You’ll be responsible for performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of commercial refrigeration systems while providing excellent communication and customer service.

- Independently perform service calls, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems including:
- Walk-in coolers and reach-in freezers
- Ice machines and production chillers
- Single and three-phase units
- Glycol chillers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently, maintaining a first-time fix rate of 75% or higher.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Respond to on-call demands as needed and provide timely, professional communication with customers and team members.
- Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration service
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and move heavy objects
- Comfortable in tight spaces and extreme temperatures. Endurance to stand or kneel while on equipment
- Confident on ladders and at heights up to 45 feet (sometimes higher)
- Steady hands for electrical work and precise measurements
