Working with our clients to troubleshoot, repair, and program various multifunctional devices across various manufacturers throughout an assigned territory.

• Resolve all problem equipment in an assigned territory expediently.
• Inspect, program, and clean equipment properly.
• Maintain and manage car inventory, keeping it stocked and up to date with regularly needed parts.
• Track daily mileage and properly document calls.
• Meet industry benchmarks on call efficiency.
• Operate reliable auto and drive to and from customer locations.

• Technologically savvy with computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication and professional conduct.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Quick problem resolution skills to reduce service‑related costs.
• Desire and ability to learn new job‑related information.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency with installation processes or ability to learn and understand manuals.
