- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity
- Help establish field standards, best practices, and operational procedures for our growing HVAC division
- Work closely with company leadership to improve service quality, efficiency, and the overall customer experience
- Valid Ohio HVAC License or EPA Universal Certification (additional state or local licensing preferred), or actively working toward licensure—we'll support the right candidate
- Minimum five years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with heating and cooling systems
- Experience servicing older homes, boilers, and high-efficiency equipment is a plus
- Thorough understanding of residential HVAC systems, installation standards, and safety requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- W-2 employment with paid health insurance
- Company vehicle, tools, and equipment provided
