We're looking for an experienced Licensed Residential Electrician who wants more than just another job. This is an opportunity to become a founding member of our team, help shape the future of our electrical division, and make a lasting impact as our company grows.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems
- Perform panel upgrades, service changes, lighting installations, outlet and switch replacements, circuit troubleshooting, and other residential electrical repairs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with Ohio electrical codes
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and professional service
- Help establish quality standards, operating procedures, and best practices for our growing electrical department
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth
- Valid Ohio OCILB Electrical License (Journeyman or Master), or actively working toward licensure—we're willing to support the right candidate
- Five or more years of residential electrical service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on older homes, service upgrades, and residential remodels is a plus
- Thorough understanding of residential electrical systems and Ohio code requirements
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- W-2 employment with paid health insurance
- Company vehicle, tools, and equipment provided
