- Support carpenters with daily tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and acoustical ceiling work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site; set up and maintain tools for daily work.
- Measure, cut, and install lumber and other materials according to specifications.
- Actively learn and apply new techniques, moving from simple tasks to more complex structural projects.
- Minimum of 1 year construction experience
- Stable employment history with verifiable references
- Live in or are willing to relocate to the Cleveland, Ohio area
- Reliable transportation to job sites and a strong work either
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
- Must have basic personal carpentry tools (hammer, tape measure, drill)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
